We would like to introduce a precision machining case of an oil pump housing (A2017) that meets the needs for high precision. In order to shorten the development testing cycle, we achieved a reduction of 【5 days in delivery time】 and 【10% in cost】 through technical proposals and process optimization. We accommodate everything from CNC integrated machining to inclined hole processing with milling machines and electrical discharge machining (EDM). By minimizing cumulative errors through multiple clamping, we achieved high precision with hole position accuracy of ±0.01mm and flatness of less than 0.01mm.
